What’s included in the setup fee?
The setup covers the implementation agreed in your proposal. We map the workflow, configure the automation, connect the supported tools, test it, and help you get started. Your written scope defines the exact deliverables.
Why is there a monthly plan?
Your monthly plan covers the ongoing hosting, monitoring, support, and routine updates included in your package. Pro adds the scheduling and follow-up features listed above.
Can I cancel?
There’s no long-term contract. You can pause or cancel by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Setup work already started and current-month fees are not refundable unless your agreement says otherwise.
Will there be other costs?
Some phone numbers, SMS and call usage, AI usage, or third-party subscriptions may be billed separately. We list any applicable costs in your proposal before you decide.
