1. Who we are
Nexara Automations ("Nexara," "we," "us," or "our") is an independent AI automation business based in Michigan, United States. We build AI-assisted communication, scheduling, lead-follow-up, and dashboard systems for local and service-based businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit nexaraautomations.tech (the "Site"), use our live demo dashboard, chat with our website assistant, or contact us.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and demo requests: your name, business name, email address, phone number if provided, service or plan interests, contact preferences, and any message you send us.
- Website chat and voice assistant: the messages you type or say to the AI assistant on our Site, and any contact details you choose to share in that conversation.
- Email and phone communication: information you include when you email or call us directly.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider and the third-party services listed below may receive your IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, and the date and time of your visit.
- Demo preferences: our demo dashboard keeps sample plan, workspace, and theme choices in the page URL, with other preferences held temporarily in memory. These URL parameters contain sample identifiers, not customer records. As with other URL parameters, they may appear in browser history and hosting logs.

The dashboard at /dashboard/ is a demonstration. The leads, conversations, appointments, and metrics it shows are sample data, not real customer records.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your questions and schedule demos or consultations.
- To prepare quotes and proposals and to provide services you request.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site and the website assistant.
- To send service-related messages, such as appointment confirmations, follow-ups to your inquiry, and account or billing notices.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your phone number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your inquiry, demo, appointments, or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.
5. Third-party services we use
We rely on a small number of service providers to run the Site. They may process limited information on our behalf under their own privacy terms:
- Website AI chat / voice assistant provided through IONOS AI Voice Receptionist, which processes conversations you have with the on-site assistant.
- Website hosting, which serves the Site and keeps standard server logs.
- Third-party fonts and scripts that may be loaded by the demo or website assistant and may receive your IP address and browser details. The redesigned marketing pages serve their own fonts and icons.
- Contact form processing through FormSubmit, which receives the information you submit and forwards inquiries to our inbox.
- Email, calendar, phone, and payment tools we use to communicate with you, schedule meetings, and invoice clients.
6. Data we process for our clients
When a business hires Nexara, we may set up automations that handle that business's customer messages, calls, appointments, and leads. In that role we process information on behalf of our client, following the client's instructions. The client is responsible for its own privacy notice to its customers and for obtaining any required consent, including consent to record calls or send text messages. If you are a customer of one of our clients and have a question about your data, please contact that business directly; we will assist them in responding.

8. How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and contact information for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a business relationship, and generally no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless you become a client or we are required to keep it longer for legal, tax, or accounting reasons. Client project data is kept for the length of the engagement and deleted or returned afterward as described in the client's agreement.
9. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access limited to people who need it, and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email Saadeh@nexaraautomations.tech with your request and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example, California or other U.S. states with privacy laws), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them as required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
11. Children's privacy
The Site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the Site.
